Guidelines For international Student’s

1. The student has to send the scanned copies of transcripts, qualifying examination certificate and passport with clear mentioning of the course in which he/she is interested, to admissions@llriet.ac.in, Ilrgoimoga@gmail.com for verification.

2. After verification the college will send the acknowledgment along with the admission form.

3. The student has to fill the admission form and send the scanned copy of form on the college email-id admissions@llriet.ac.in, Ilrgoimoga@gmail.com.

4. The college will issue the Offer Letter to the student containing the details of the course and fee structure which will be applicable (NOTE: OFFER LETTER CANNOT BE USED TO APPLY FOR THE VISA)*

5. The student has to pay the Offer Letter Fee, Admission fee and Academic Fee using the Online Payment Portal (lIrgoi.com) or in the College Bank Account and same should be filled by the student in “Offer Letter Acceptance” form and send its scanned copy to admissions@llriet.ac.in, Ilrgoimoga@gmail.com.

6. The college will issue the Letter of Confirmation and Fee Receipt to the student (NOTE: THE LETTER OF CONFIRMATION CAN BE USED TO APPLY FOR VISA).

7. The student will use the Letter of Confirmation, Fee Receipt, Education Documents, Passport and other supporting documents to apply for the Visa in Indian Embassy.

*In some cases the OFFER LETTER can be used to obtain NOC (No objection Certificate) from the authorized body (i.e. from TCU in TANZANIA). List of documents that must be submitted at the time of reporting at college:

1. Recent passport size photographs (8 copies).

2. Original Matriculation (10th Class)/Higher Secondary/Pre-University or Senior School Certificate (12th Class); or an equivalent examination Certificate, showing your date of birth along with two self-attested photocopies of each.

3. Original statement of marks/transcript obtained of Senior School (12th Class) or their equivalent examination, along with two photocopies of each mark-sheet.

4. Original Bachelor’s Degree (if applicable) along with two self-attested photocopies.

5. Copy of Passport and Visa.
